KC Harris serves as Director of Operations for Global Financial Impact (GFI), where she leads operational strategy and supports the systems and teams that drive the company’s continued growth. Since joining GFI at its inception in 2024, she has progressed from the Commissions Department to Commissions Manager, Director of Commissions, and now Director of Operations. Her leadership and impact were recognized with GFI’s Game Changer Award in 2025.

Before joining GFI, KC spent more than 15 years in the banking and mortgage industry. She began her career as a Loan Officer before transitioning into operations, ultimately serving as an Operations Manager. Her background in both frontline service and operational leadership has equipped her with a passion for building efficient processes, developing people, and creating scalable solutions that support long-term success.

Growing up in California and spending part of her childhood in the Philippines, KC learned early that discipline, focus, and perseverance are the foundation for achieving meaningful goals. She believes emotional intelligence is one of the most important qualities of an effective leader and lives by the philosophy, “Everything is figureoutable.” She is passionate about helping others, believing that mentorship and support can transform lives and create opportunities for lasting success.

Outside of work, KC enjoys traveling, sports, musical theater, and discovering great coffee shops. She is married and the proud mother of her son, Trey, who continues to inspire her commitment to building a meaningful legacy through leadership, service, and excellence.
