John Joseph is the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at GFI, where he leads strategic alignment and business integration across the organization. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, and logistics, he is known for driving transformational change, building growth platforms, and delivering operational excellence.

Prior to GFI, John held senior leadership roles at Transamerica, World Financial Group (WFG), AEGON, and multiple broker-dealers in the U.S. and Canada. He helped expand a distribution network of over 60,000 agents and served in key executive roles including CAO, COO, and Head of Strategy, leading initiatives that generated significant revenue growth and efficiency gains.

John holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management an MBA & an MSS.
He also served 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as a Colonel after commanding at the brigade level and serving as Assistant Division Commander of a training command.
