Marty Schafer is a dedicated financial services professional with a passion for bridging ideas, people, and impact. Whether it’s leading teams, driving projects, or building networks, he thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—always with an eye on both the big picture and the details that make things happen. What sets him apart is not only his business acumen, but his humanity. A man of strong faith, who is open minded, experienced, and trustworthy. Marty is also an athlete who played both Division 1 college soccer and volleyball and is a retired professional soccer player.
Over the last 27 years, Marty has made his impact in the financial services industry, in key leadership positions at Prudential Financial, Saybrus Partners, John Hancock, Ethos, and now as President of Global Financial Impact.
What he finds the most pride in, is being a father of four remarkable girls, Hilary, Mallory, Alison, and Gabrielle.
In his free time, he enjoys challenges of all kinds, mostly ultra endurance events and has completed the Leadville 100 and the Unbound 200, in addition to several marathons. He is also a tenured Board of Directors member at his alma mater, Quincy University as well as Shift Events in Colorado.
