With over 22 years of experience in the financial industry, Marcel brings a wealth of field experience, visionary leadership, and global business acumen to his dual executive roles.

Prior to GFI, Marcel successfully built a nationwide organization of over 1,600 financial professionals, with more than 60% serving Spanish-speaking communities. His strategic leadership, combined with an unwavering commitment to inclusivity and education, positioned him as one of the most
respected and culturally impactful leaders in the insurance and financial services space.

Marcel is also widely recognized as an authority in the foreign national life insurance market. Through his extensive research and advocacy, he has played a direct role in influencing and improving underwriting guidelines at some of the largest life insurance carriers in the U.S., expanding access to life
insurance solutions for international clients.

His previous leadership roles include:
